Isn't it a wonderful world we live in? Epic Super Bowls, the Detroit Lions, Isiah, Marbury, and the rest of the Knicks, Lakers vs Celtics, our dear Cubbies, underdogs like the Tampa Bay De....Rays, toe saves, power plays, fast breaks, The Big One at Daytona, Tiger vs Rocco....the list goes on. From fortune and fame to draft busts and winless seasons, the world of sports never fails to entertain. Manny's Grill is now here to help capture that amazing imagination that permeates every facet of every story played out and told through the ages of grit, determination, and rolling over onto an apple knife.
Whether these stories are all true is up for debate, but if you ask me, blowing out a candle on a cupcake at the Dunk Contest pretty much renders "impossible" obsolete. And thus begins my quest to tell the tales, the comedies and tragedies, and put a completely illogical spin on every sports story that comes to my ears. Wish me luck.
